"I’m switching insurance ASAP!!! I’ve had enough of Tonya’s rude tone with me. I haven’t did anything to her. I asked to speak with Tracy, and they haven’t let me speak to her yet. When my car first broke down, Tonya was rude to me. I’ve had enough of her rude tone. Anyone that lets a person like that answer the phone, and be rude to your costumers, basically don’t care, as long as they’re getting their money. So I refuse to keep dealing with Tonya! Now Stephanie is always nice and respectful."
