"Recently got into an accident and everything just settled, claims paid out, new car, and new insurance. Tracy and team has been amazing! They checked in on me multiple times through the process with back office, which was extremely easy. I kept waiting on bad news or something to be challenging, but it never came. Unhappy becuase of the accident but very happy with their help and response!"
